Lilly has worked in the financial services industry since 2009, when she turned an unfortunate situation into a career she loves. Her previous employer had been forced to close its doors during the 2008-2009  financial crisis, and as a single mother of two children, Lilly quickly forced herself to learn more about  the world of finance. She realized that what she had to learn out of necessity for her family was information that could benefit anyone, and a passion to educate others about finance was ignited.

Lilly loves to help others and is driven by a desire to learn about your unique financial needs and  concerns in order to work alongside you to find potential insurance solutions. Her goal is to build long term relationships that include reliable service, transparent communication, and a commitment to helping you feel respected, heard, informed, and satisfied. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, and with her daughter now working with her, Lilly strives to help you and your family for years to come.

Lilly has two adult children and enjoys traveling, reading, playing pickleball, and volunteering at Willow Creek Church. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in counseling, and is  bilingual, offering her services in both English and Chinese.

Vivian has been helping clients navigate their insurance and financial planning needs since entering the industry 2022. After transitioning from marketing to sales starting in 2024, she discovered a passion for working directly with individuals and families to help them pursue their financial goals. Inspired by watching her mother, Lilly, guide clients through important financial decisions, Vivian understands the meaningful impact that insurance can have on people’s lives . She is passionate about improving financial literacy and helping others build the future they envision.

Vivian is licensed for Life and Health insurance and has earned her SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 incenses. She is currently preparing for the Series 65 to expand the range of investment solutions she can offer clients.

Vivian holds a Bachelor's degree in New Media at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, music, reading, and traveling. She also speaks Mandarin and is continually working to further her fluency.
